Project enquiries

The project questionnaire prepares a message on your device. NKS does not receive it until you choose to send it through WhatsApp. The message includes the name, company, email address, turnover range, challenge, software tools and timeline you provide. Please do not include passwords or confidential customer information.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, assess your project and discuss a potential engagement. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Third-party services

Choosing “Continue to WhatsApp” takes you to WhatsApp, which processes information under its own privacy terms. The website host processes essential technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when the page loads.

Cookies and storage

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies or save questionnaire responses in browser storage. Essential hosting services may process technical data for security and service delivery.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, any resulting work and applicable legal obligations.
